UK Orders

We ship all our UK orders via Royal Mail:

  • Monthly Box: Free Shipping
  • Quarterly Box: Free Shipping

Shipping Schedule: We dispatch our subscription boxes during the last week of each month, aiming for them to arrive by the start of the following month. This ensures a consistent delivery experience for all our members. Please note that international orders may experience extended delivery times.

Cutoff Date: The cutoff date for the Monthly Box is the final day of the month. Subscriptions initiated after this date will receive their box in the subsequent month.

International Shipping

We ship to the UK, Europe, and the US, ensuring our global customers can also enjoy our products. For most international orders, customs fees are typically imposed upon the package's arrival at the destination. In such cases, customers will be contacted by the shipping service to settle these fees before receiving the package.

Please be aware:

  • Vault Lingerie is not accountable for any customs fees incurred upon arrival.
  • Customs clearance in some countries may take an extended period, sometimes exceeding two weeks. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.
  • If your order encounters delays in customs, it is the buyer's responsibility to initiate contact with the relevant customs authorities.

Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that may occur during transit. Please ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Once proof of delivery is provided, Vault Lingerie is no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your package.

Sales Information

All orders placed are final. This includes charges from direct debits with recurring subscriptions. If you wish to cancel your subscription, this must be done before the next payment date. Please read the shipping information carefully before purchasing. We do not have a cancellation notice period, and any payment taken out is final and will not warrant a refund.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Vault Lingerie, we prioritise hygiene and customer satisfaction, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the bottoms or top you received do not fit and you wish to change your size for your next subscription box, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@vaultlingerie.com. We will do our best to adjust your future orders accordingly.

Additionally, as a member of the Vaultie Private Community, you may have the option to exchange items with other members. This exclusive group is a space where our members can connect, support one another, and even swap pieces that might be a better fit for someone else.

Our dedicated shipping team ensures that each product is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed to guarantee you receive your order in perfect condition. We strongly advise verifying all order details before finalising your purchase, as once an order is placed on VaultLingerie.com, we are unable to make any changes.

Defects & Refunds

We are committed to offering products of the highest quality. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@vaultlingerie.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include a detailed description and images of the defect or fault.

For orders deemed defective, we strive to process refunds within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return package. Please note that the actual refund timeline may vary based on your financial institution's policies.

Please note that shipping costs for returns (£4.19) are not included in the refund amount.
